This pastry cutter in boxwood is crafted by a small artisanal company in France. Measures 12 cm in length and stamped on the handle with “The Cook’s Atelier”.
Note from the cooks: We make tarts all the time at The Cook’s Atelier and find this tool to be quite useful. It’s great used as a pastry cutter as well as the perfect tool for making ravioli. Be sure to maintain it’s character by oiling with mineral oil and washing by hand.
