Denocciolato Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is our favorite "finishing oil" at The Cook's Atelier. We love to drizzle this refined first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil on delicate salads, potato purée, roasted duck, and butter glazed vegetables. Quite simply, it makes everything taste better.  

The olives are called Casaliva olives, and they come from an ancient olive grove in the hills next to Lake Garda, in Bardolino, Italy. This refined and delicate olive oil is produced from olives that have been pitted before pressed.
