Made in France

This French mustard is older than France itself, and made in the traditional way with mustard seeds, white vinegar, and salt. It's goes well with potatoes, egg dishes, as a rub for meats, and especially mixed into a simple vinaigrette with olive oil, herbs, and lemon juice. Made by one of the first mustard making families, Pommery, near Paris.
