This red wine vinegar is sourced from a small artisanal company, Philippe Gonet, from the Jura region of France. It is made from the Trousseau grape and matured in oak casks in a 17th century cellar. Aged 10 years. It is vivid with hints of pepper, spices and red fruit. It is full and lingers on the palate.
Contains 250 ml.
Note from the cooks: This unique red wine vinegar pairs well with mushrooms and a nice touch when deglazing the pan after cooking a roast.
